We will take care of everything from the first conversations about your project through the delivery of the products to your buyers. We take the time to listen and understand your situation and plans so we can organize and execute the successful sale of your items.
Every client’s project is unique. We do, however, follow a standard process to be certain we don’t miss anything. Below is a general outline of our process.
1. Initial phone conversation about how our auctions work and what you as the client can expect.
2. Site visit to review the scope of items to be sold and gather details about specific items, collections etc.
3. Review service contract with client for review and signatures.
4. Research unique items for potential alternative auction options.
5. Discuss with client auction timing and strategy.
6. Arrange site visits to take pictures and arrange for delivery after the auction event.
7. Onsite for buyers pick up.
8. After all items have been paid for and picked up by the buyer, we will issue payment to the client.
